Bresen is not open to the public yet. This page collects one thing: an email address, if you choose to give it, so you can be told when it opens. This notice describes what happens to that address and nothing more, because nothing more is collected.
Who is responsible
The data controller is an individual, not a company: [TO FILL: full name], [TO FILL: postal address]. There is no incorporated entity behind Bresen at this stage.

What is collected
Your email address, and only if you submit the form yourself.
No account is created. No financial data is collected — no bank statements, no documents, no transactions, no balances. Bresen does not connect to your bank and has nothing to connect to it with. Nothing is asked of you beyond an email address, and no payment is taken.
Why, and on what legal basis
The basis is your consent, given by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The purpose is a single message telling you when Bresen opens.
Your address is not used for a newsletter, a marketing sequence, profiling, advertising, or anything else. It is never sold, rented or shared for anyone else's purposes. You can withdraw consent at any time, which is the same thing as asking for deletion below.
How long it is kept
Until Bresen opens, or twelve months from the day you submitted it, whichever comes first. After that it is deleted, whether or not you have been written to. If the project is abandoned before launch, the list is deleted then.
Who else processes it
- Cloudflare — hosts this page, and provides the visitor statistics used to measure it. Those statistics are cookieless and do not identify individuals, which is why this site shows you no cookie banner and asks for no tracking consent: there is no tracking to consent to.
- The form provider that receives and stores submissions: [TO FILL: vendor and processing location].
- The email provider behind [email protected], which processes any message you send there: [TO FILL: vendor and processing location].
[TO FILL: transfers] — once the providers above are chosen, state plainly whether any of them stores or processes data outside the EEA, and under what safeguard. Do not claim EU-only processing until it has been checked against the actual contracts.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, receive it in a portable form, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Given that the data is a single email address, most of these resolve to the same short answer.
To exercise any of them, email [email protected]. Deletion needs no explanation and no account — asking is enough. Expect a reply within [TO FILL: response window], and a legal maximum of one month.

Changes
If this notice changes materially before Bresen opens, anyone on the list will be told by email rather than by a quiet edit to this page.
